CAT Repair Services

Our Caterpillar (CAT) core repair service features “Folded” or “Modular” core repair which tactfully replaces a single core with anywhere from nine to ten individual core units, making future replacements easier to diagnose and replace. Along with Folded or Modular core repair, CAT AMOC core repair is available as well for any cleaning, replacement or rebuilding needs.

New CAT Cores with Extended Warranty

New CAT Folded Cores and new CAT AMOC Cores are available with an extended, one year warranty, as opposed to the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) six month warranty. Affton Radiator Service’s commitment to service and support means you get the most from your core repair, every time.

Cleaning Services

Going beyond just power washing, our industrial radiator and heat exchanger services involve, where necessary, solder dipping radiators similar to what the manufacturer does with the new core, and detailed cleaning and re-tubing service for Mesabi radiators.
