Order Policies

Cancellation of Order

Cancellations can be made anytime prior to an order shipping and incur no charges whatsoever. Most orders ship same day if received before 2:00pm Central Standard Time. If a cancellation is made after an order ships, the customer will be responsible for any and all shipping and handling charges associated with the transaction.

Return of Goods

Returns of purchases for heavy-duty stock parts as well as passenger vehicle / light duty truck parts (Radiator, Charge Air Coolers, AC Condensers, etc.) are accepted for up to thirty (30) days from original invoice date. The product must be in new re-sellable condition, in its original undamaged and unmodified packaging, and must not have been installed or used.

After thirty (30) days, a 25% restocking fee will apply. It is the customer’s responsibility to notify Affton Radiator Services and ship the product back, at the customer’s expense, to Affton Radiator Services.

Affton Radiator Services will credit the customer the cost of the product less any freight costs associated with the original purchase and shipping to the customer. Freight and fuel surcharges will not be credited for any reason.

Custom built jobs are non-returnable.

Refusal of Shipments

The only time a shipment should be refused is if the shipment is damaged. Should the shipment be refused upon delivery or the order cancelled after being shipped, the customer will be responsible for any and all shipping costs associated with the order. Any shipping charges that are the responsibility of the customer will be deducted from the return credit for the product.

Damaged Shipments

It is the customer’s responsibility to thoroughly inspect for damage upon delivery; if there is damage that is unacceptable the shipment should be refused. The customer should contact Affton Radiator Services within 24 hours if a shipment was refused due to damage. If an order is refused due to damage during shipping Affton Radiator Services will arrange for the replacement of damaged products. If a damaged shipment is signed for it becomes the customer’s responsibility.

Incorrect Parts

If you receive the wrong part please contact Affton Radiator Services immediately, failure to notify Affton Radiator Services within 24 hours of receiving the wrong part may result in additional fees. If the customer supplies Affton Radiator Services with a part number and/or identifies a part via our website illustrations and it is incorrect, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay all freight charges involved in the purchase and return of the incorrect part. These freight charges will not be credited. Should a shipping error occur and the customer receives the wrong part by fault of Affton Radiator Services, Affton Radiator Services will send the customer the correct part and arrange to have the incorrect part picked up and returned to Affton Radiator Services at no additional charge to the customer.


Warranty information is as follows:

  • One year from date of sale on new part (Radiator, Charge Air Cooler, AC Condensers) purchases.
  • Six month warranty on workmanship from date of invoice.
